January 2009

These are just a few new pieces I just finished.  These were  alot of fun to make.  Making the curled and bent copper wire that I hammered flat was a great way to take out frustrations….lol   Each pendant can be worn either way, because there is an image on the front or the back.  Let me know what you think of these?  Hope you like ‘em!3-pendantse1

This fish has alot of brilliant color!  The glass that I used on his face is Wissmach stained glass, which is iridized and just has that “fishy” look to it, seemed the perfect choice.  The wires on his bottom fin, are out of 14 gauge tinned copper wire, that I formed and then hammered flat.  This will make it better for soldered something that bulky into the seam later.   He will be hung with some chains, possibly from a piece of driftwood.  And when finished he will be for sale.    :)   Thanks for visiting and having a look!  Hope you enjoy the many other pictures here on my blog.  fish
