Just finished this panel, using my ring saw, cutting part of the rondel off, the sun rays are extremely heavy gauge copper wire, that I bent and hammered in some places. Bottom piece is Youghiogheny has interesting color, some teal, amber,and a bunch of mottling going on too. The top amber piece is from Kokomo Glass, note the beautiful fold in the glass? Awesome! I put hooks on this for hanging as well, giving the customer the option of using the display stand or hanging.

Just finished this panel. Kokomo glass and rondel various glass nuggets (globs), notice the smooth poured edge of the glass on the top also on the bottom piece, on the left side of it. Loads of color, love this glass! :0

My latest piece the top piece is what is known as drape glass, this piece has subtle purples running thru it and loads of texture! I added decorative solder on the frame, and pressed my initials into the hot solder….the artist signature the small branch is also covered w/solder and attached wherever it touches a seam/frame.
What do you think?

Just finished this panel, and very pleased with how it turned out! It’s a new pattern in the background glass that I bought in Milwaukee at The Stained Glass Studio…gorgeous! What do you think?

The fork goes in the vise, then the pressure is on! SqUiSh! Next take the hack saw to the handle and WHACK it off.

My Angel Forks….a work in progress

first I use a hack saw to cut the forks, next copper wires are cut to about 3″-4″ in length. then hammered flat about an inch on one end, and bent to a 90 degree angle.
